Lindsay Levin
Lindsay began her career at Bain and Company in London and went on to become an entrepreneur, known for creating people-focused cultures and for business turnarounds. She founded Leaders’ Quest in 2001, where her work took her to Asia, Africa, North and South America, and the Middle East where she built partnerships with people from all backgrounds. In 2004 she created the LQ Foundation to provide leadership training for thousands of people in marginalized communities. In 2020 she co-founded TED Countdown with TED — a global initiative to amplify and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis. Lindsay’s latest start-up, the Blue Dot Collective, is focused on how we develop connection and compassion to address some of humanity’s big problems. She lives in New York City with her husband David.
