Anne is a Senior Advisor at Leaders’ Quest, based in the U.S. and London. An experienced asset manager, NED, and pioneer in impact investing, she works primarily with senior teams from financial institutions. Anne led on LQ’s BankingFutures initiative, working with some of the UK’s top banks, investors, and social experts to help create a healthier banking system. She spent nearly two decades as director and Senior VP at The Capital Group. She is currently Chairman of Man Group and a NED at Summit Materials. She held previous NED roles at John Laing Plc, Holcim, Big Society Capital, and The Heron Foundation. Anne holds a BA from Harvard University and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
