Carolina is a Leaders’ Quest Partner and public speaker based in Switzerland. She works with global clients on wise leadership, radical collaboration, and systems change. Carolina’s experience includes leading WWF International’s training programme for businesses, directing projects with IMD Business School, and co-founding the One Planet MBA. She spent her early career in marketing at Procter & Gamble and learned about sustainable innovation, behavior change, and brand-building. Carolina was a member of P&G’s External Advisory Board, and has supported the company with talks, leadership development, and coaching over the past decade.
