She focuses her expertise on building bridges and aligning different perspectives to enable bold action for a just, regenerative future. In her work with companies, she supports leadership teams to navigate purpose and profit​, and build thriving cultures that serve as a force for good. A professional singer-songwriter, Melanie spent her earlier years empowering at-risk youths in marginalized communities through music, where she first learned about harnessing the power of voice (for individuals) and harmony (for groups) to drive sustainable change.
