Bill is a Partner at Leaders’ Quest, based in the UK. He is an expert in futures and systems thinking and a pioneer of the Three Horizons approach. Bill developed his innovation practice as a research lab director at Hewlett Packard where he pioneered new technologies in AI and pervasive computing, and subsequently consulting for international clients in the public and commercial sectors. He is currently Visiting Professor at the Digital Cultures Research Centre at the University of the West of England, where he researches ways to understand value and cultural innovation.
