Stuart is an Associate based in the UK. He spent 25 years with Unilever, Kraft and Foster’s and, while CFO at Foster’s, implemented an approach to personal coaching which transformed the company’s performance culture and doubled its bottom line profit. Stuart runs his own coaching business and works with LSP Leadership (Leading Sustainable Performance) which focuses on sustainable impact. He coaches leaders at companies including Astra Zeneca, Sanofi, Centrica and Lend Lease as well as a number of law firms, education institutions, and local governments. Stuart has a Cambridge Law Degree and NLP accreditation.
