Owen is a Partner based in London. A transformation specialist, he has worked across civil society, commercial and public sectors and as a co-founder of Arc, a consultancy practice focused on helping organizations to adapt to a world that is increasingly digital by default. More recently, he was Chief of Staff to the Secretary General of ActionAid International. Owen was recognized by the Financial Times in their inaugural list of the 100 most influential BAME leaders in technology. He is a business growth coach, a mentor for a social enterprise accelerator, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Non-Executive Director of the Charities Aid Foundation.
