Our work with McGraw-Hill Education has been recognised for excellence in the design and delivery of employee leadership and development programs.
Leaders’ Quest and partners have received two prestigious Learning In Practice awards from industry-leading Chief Learning Officer magazine.
The Catalyst leadership development programme -- a partnership between Leaders’ Quest, Babson Executive Education and McGraw-Hill Education -- has won Gold for Excellence in Academic Partnerships and Silver for Excellence in Executive Education.
Catalyst was launched in 2015 and has been a key element of McGraw-Hill Education’s transformation from a traditional textbook publisher into a digital learning science enterprise. It is designed to broaden perspectives among senior leaders, and encourage entrepreneurial thinking and collaboration.
The Quest component of the Catalyst programme included a three-day, experiential learning journey in New York, encouraging leaders to see themselves and others through a new lens and to reflect deeply on personal and organizational challenges.
Helping participants to move outside their comfort zones, we visited some of the most diverse and innovative companies that the city has to offer; shared perspectives with educators and students; and explored themes such as the evolution of education, knowing your customer and navigating ambiguity.
135 senior leaders have already benefited from Catalyst, helping to foster an innovative and collaborative culture across the entire global business.
Leaders’ Quest Partner, Eric Levine said: “Over the past three years, we’ve helped leaders at McGraw-Hill Education challenge themselves and their teams to innovate, take risks, collaborate and improve their performance. The company has been on an exciting transformation journey and we’re proud of the contribution we’ve made through the Catalyst programme.”
