Leaders Link Episode 7

A conversation with Lindsay Levin and Melanie Katzman

Leaders Link

26 May 2020

Welcome to a new episode of Leaders Link: a series of live-streamed conversations with leaders who have special reflections to share on some of the greatest challenges of our time.

Episode 7 features Melanie Katzman, business psychologist and bestselling author of Connect First: 52 Simple Ways to Ignite Success, Meaning, and Joy at Work.

Melanie’s latest book was published before COVID-19 came along, but her basic concept – that human beings are hard-wired to connect with each other – is especially pertinent now.

She explains how we can make biology work for us, at a time when strong relationships are essential to help us rebuild communities.

Melanie also discusses the ubiquitous ‘Zoom experience’ and shares ideas on reshaping organisations, to be ready for the post-COVID world.
