Annie Perrin


Annie is a Leaders’ Quest Partner based in New York. She designs and leads Quests and other programmes, and is passionate about cultivating relationships in our client and host communities.

Annie is a lifelong student of human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics. Her work is grounded in the philosophy that sufficient safety, quiet reflection and connection are at the heart of tapping into our individual and collective wisdom

Prior to joining LQ, she spent a decade as a senior executive at The Energy Project, a training and consulting company that partners with Fortune 500 companies – and not-for profit organizations – to create work environments that are healthier, happier, more purposeful and sustainable.

Previously, Annie spent 15 years as a psychotherapist with a focus on trauma and chronic stress. She has lectured on trauma and resilience at Columbia University and Manhattanville College. In 2004 she was honoured with the Sanctuary Hero Award for outstanding work in the field of trauma.

Annie earned her BA in Education and a second undergraduate degree in Dance from Buffalo State College. She earned her MA in Dance Movement Therapy from Hunter College. Annie lives with her partner Michael in New York City and has two children, Isabel and Theo.
