Ipsita works as Count Us In Partnerships Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the campaign’s ambitious strategy.
She joined Leaders’ Quest in 2016 after completing an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from University College London (UCL). At UCL she focused on the socio-economic impact of environmental change on low-income groups, and had the opportunity to do fieldwork in Peru. Since, she has helped build and deliver Quests for clients in the financial, infrastructure and non-profit sectors in cities around the world, from Atlanta to Shanghai.
Previously, she was based in the US, where she gained a BA from Hamilton College in Economics, Government and German, before working for four years at Adspace Networks – one of New York’s largest digital out-of-home media companies.
Ipsita is passionate about travel, has lived in 13 cities in five countries, and speaks three languages. In her free-time she is a yoga enthusiast and enjoys photography, experimenting with new recipes, and live music.
