Anisha is a Director with Leaders’ Quest based in Mumbai. She leads the team in India and works with the global team to design and deliver leadership development programs for clients. She’s been instrumental in setting up our collaborative work with Count Us In to make climate action accessible globally, and now bridges sustainability and corporate leadership. Prior to LQ, she worked in Marketing & Strategy with the Adidas Group and Faber-Castell. It was through her work in corporates that she realized her passion for aligning profit with purpose and now aspires to have a positive impact in areas of leadership, mental health, and the climate crisis.
