Dana is based in New York. She helps individuals and teams develop resilience and flourish amid rising demand and complexity by integrating the body, heart, mind, and soul. Dana serves organisations including amfAR, Bristol-Myers Squibb, DuPont, The Ford Foundation, Google, The Obama Foundation, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, and PwC, and is on the coaching faculty at Columbia Business School Executive Education. She was Managing Director at Mobius Executive Leadership and The Energy Project, and a Practice Manager at McKinsey & Company. She has contributed thought leadership to Fast Company and serves on the Board of Directors at the American Poetry Review/World Poetry. Dana earned a PhD in the Humanities from Northwestern University.
