Gene is a Senior Advisor based in Virginia. He helped organize the first Quest in 2001 and has since led programmes for our global clients. He is passionate about catalyzing individual, organizational, and systems transformation. Earlier in his career, Gene co-founded a Silicon Valley life sciences company, Genomic Health, co-founded Europe’s first Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training institute in London, and helped develop similar institutes in six European countries. He holds a PhD in leadership and organizational development, and is a published author. His latest work is “3 Keys to Transforming Your Potential: An Accelerator’s Guide to the CEO Within.”
