Hendrik-Jan is a Leaders’ Quest Partner based in Lisbon. He has spent the past decade in leadership development, after earlier roles as principal advisor to the executive director of UNICEF in New York, and at ABN AMRO Bank, where worked in Tokyo, Frankfurt, London, Zurich, and Amsterdam. Hendrik-Jan is the founder of niche consultancy firm Lead the Change, is a Partner at Sum People in Zurich, and holds various director positions, including Adessium Foundation (Rotterdam). A keen sailor, he enjoys spending time with his family on their 1933-built wooden ship. Hendrik-Jan holds an MBA from INSEAD.
