Max is a Senior Advisor, newly based in Canada after decades of working abroad in a variety of countries. Prior to spending 10 years as an LQ Partner, Max held corporate roles, including with IKEA in South Asia, where he worked with complex supply chain issues, as well as leadership development on a global level. Max built a track record of combining purpose and profit in daily business. Helping others to develop self-awareness, cultivate their EQ and leadership skills, and develop a broader world view has always been a central part of Max’s approach to work and life. From his home in Canada, he is enjoying reading and writing, and of course watching hockey.
