Mei is U.S. Operations Director and EA to Lindsay Levin, based in New York City. Mei oversees Leaders’ Quest’s US-based systems and IT, and oversees budget management (including HR). She also looks after the U.S. team’s wellness programmes, space planning, and new software, and also organizes onboarding of new team members. Her prior experience includes 30 years spent assisting C-level executives in the Operations and HR departments of bio-tech and financial services start-ups. A native New Yorker, Mei enjoys exploring her surroundings, trying different restaurants, people-watching in SoHo, and camping with her family in the Catskill Mountains.
