Melanie Katzman
Melanie was a Leaders’ Quest partner for 20 years, facilitating programs on five continents with a special focus on deepening Chinese and Brazilian relationships. Based in New York City, she continues to mentor and deliver on LQ initiatives. A clinician, academic, and entrepreneur, Melanie has worked at the intersection of individual, enterprise, and system change for over three decades. As the head of Katzman Consulting, she provides C-Suite guidance to companies, educational organizations, governmental agencies, and non-profits worldwide. The author of six books, her latest, Connect First: 52 Simple Ways to Ignite Success, Meaning, and Joy at Work, is a Wall Street Journal #1 bestseller. Melanie has a Ph.D. in psychology and is licensed in the U.S. and chartered in the U.K. She has held faculty positions at the Weill Cornell Medical School and the Wharton Business School, as well as academic institutions in Asia, Europe, the UK, and Brazil. She is the founder and past co-host of the nationally broadcast radio show, “Women@Work.” In addition to consulting, writing, and national speaking engagements, she has a clinical psychology practice counselling individuals on ways to advance their leadership — and lives.
