Mihika is a Partner based in New York City and has been with Leaders’ Quest since 2014. She designs, manages, and delivers learning journeys for a range of our clients from corporates to non-profits. At LQ, Mihika plays a key role in people development and resourcing, while also leading the U.S. team. Over the years she’s worked on building experiential programs in multiple geographies, from Hong Kong to Costa Rica, and loves working with LQ community partners regionally.

Prior to joining LQ, she spent several years in India’s non-profit sector, including working for an international NGO, a philanthropic foundation, and the UNDP. She has a degree in History and Political Science from McGill University in Canada and an MA in Political Economy & Development from Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
