Mihika is a Partner based in New York City and has been with Leaders’ Quest since 2014. She designs and facilitates learning journeys for leaders within organizations as well as across sectors. Over the years she’s worked on building experiential programs in multiple geographies, from Hong Kong to Costa Rica, and loves working with LQ community partners regionally. Mihika also plays a key role in people development at LQ.

Prior to joining LQ, she spent several years in India’s non-profit sector, including working for an international NGO, a philanthropic foundation, and the UNDP. She has a degree in History and Political Science from McGill University in Canada and an MA in Political Economy & Development from Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
