Natasha is an Associate based in India and has been part of the Leaders’ Quest team since 2013.  Natasha designs and facilitates leadership programs globally and has deep experience of our work in Asia. She has led programs in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Brazil, Cuba, Israel and Palestine among other regions – and has worked with clients across different sectors including technology, finance, education, consultancy and automotives. 

Natasha is also a certified professional coach. Outside of LQ, she partners with executives and entrepreneurs to help them deepen self-awareness, navigate transitions and cultivate leadership skills, mindsets and behaviors that enable them to grow personally and professionally. 

After stints in Dubai, the UK and Singapore – Natasha feels lucky to now call Goa her home where she and her husband are restoring a 100-year old Portuguese house and putting down their roots. She enjoys an active lifestyle, being in nature and spending time with friends and family.
