Rachel is a Partner, based in San Francisco. A certified professional coach, she has worked with senior executives from technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, non-profit, and global start-ups, as well as graduate students at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Rachel is passionate about pioneering new ways of helping people reconnect with their values and increase their impact. She serves on the Leadership and Professional Development Committee of Neythri, an association for South Asian Professional Women, and the Advisory Board of the Sequoia Union School District Academy Mentor Program, which enables professionals to mentor underserved youth.
