Rowan is a Partner in Leaders’ Quest, having started as an associate in 2011. He specialises in executive development with a particular focus on building high-performing, remarkable businesses. He splits his time between London and Cape Town, working largely with CEOs and their executive teams. Rowan is a progressive business thinker and enjoys forming and sharing pioneering new approaches to leadership. He is the Founder of Lockstep, an 18-year-old leadership consultancy that serves cross-sector global clients.
