Rowan is a Partner based in Cape Town, South Africa. He works with clients in the agribusiness, consulting, and banking sectors, as well as civil society organizations working on systemic global issues. Rowan spent seven years with General Electric in New York and San Francisco. Rowan is committed to the African continent and in doing his part in South Africa’s post-apartheid re-emergence – as a country of equality, peace, and success. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Lockstep, a leadership consultancy with offices across Sub-Saharan Africa. His dream is to build a tribe of exceptional African CEOs, all building stand-out organizations.
