Sophie Bray
Sophie is an Associate based in Ojochal, Costa Rica. Her professional life has been spent working with communities, NGOs, government, and businesses in the UK, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, India, and Nepal to co-create approaches for achieving transformative and sustainable change on a range of issues including Female Genital Mutilation, land reform, conflict resolution, HIV and Cholera, and environmental stewardship. Her passion and art lie in finding ways through conflict to create new forms of social institutions that create the space for change. She currently works with the Institute of Global Prosperity (UCL), taking their pioneering research on prosperity to facilitate whole system regenerative change at a regional level. When she is not doing this her greatest joys come from the daily, unexpected adventures in the abundant jungle she now calls home and watching her children flourishing in their deepening connection with ocean and land.
