Fields is a Senior Advisor based in the UK and Rome. Throughout her career, she has been active in the arts, higher education, public policy, business and finance and has lived and worked around the world. Fields is Deputy Chair of The Royal College of Art and Senior Independent Director of Aquis Exchange plc. She also serves on the main boards of BNP Paribas (Paris) and Scor (Paris). Fields gained degrees from the University of Virginia, l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris) and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She is an OBE and a Fellow of King’s College London, and competes in dressage.
