Lorena is Chief of Staff to the Leaders’ Quest co-CEOs. Based in London but originally from Mexico City, Lorena has lived in multiple countries and spent several years providing geopolitical risk advice to global clients. Prior to joining Leaders’ Quest, Lorena worked at PwC UK’s Crisis and Resilience team, helping FTSE 100 and international executive teams develop crisis management strategies. Lorena is passionate about self-development and believes in organisational culture as an enabler of positive transformation — not only for business, but also for society and the planet. Lorena gained her MA in International Peace and Security from King’s College London.
